Is this a reservation system I have to switch to?

No. Hannah works with the booking system you already use. She answers the phone, takes the reservation, and drops it straight into your diary, so you keep your current setup and just stop missing calls.

What happens to calls after we close?

That is where Hannah earns her keep. Late enquiries get answered, tables get booked for the days ahead, and anything that needs a human is summarised for you the next morning.

Will guests know they are talking to AI?

Hannah is warm, natural and to the point, so most guests simply feel looked after. If someone needs a real person, she hands the call to your team.

How does she learn our restaurant?

We set her up with your menu, tables, hours and tone during onboarding. Every call after that makes her shared memory of your restaurant sharper.

How quickly can we get started?

Most restaurants are live within a week. We import your details, soak-test Hannah in a sandbox, then point your number at her once you are happy.
